Copywritten Materials
J.R. Nelson & Company will not accept any designs, images, or other material that are protected by copyright without the permission of the actual copyright owner. By approving your proof with such images, designs, or other material, the approving party warrants and represents that it owns all the copyright in such images, designs, or other material. If you do not own the images, designs or other material the approving party warrants and represents that they have received permission from the person or entity who owns the copyright in such images, designs, or other material.
Provided Items
J.R. Nelson & Company typically provides blank garments to embellish, but we are willing to embellish on customer provided apparel. While we don’t typically run into production issues, machines occasionally take on a mind of their own. Because of this we do not replace items that may not turn out during the production process.
Returns and Cancellations
Custom orders may only be cancelled if we have not placed the order for the apparel. If we have placed the order for the apparel the customer may still cancel but is now responsible for paying any costs already incurred by J.R. Nelson & Company.
Turnaround Time
Our Typical Turnaround and Time is 7-14 business days from the time of art approval. This includes the completion of the garments, and often times delivery. We do our best to remain nimble and flexible in order to deliver for you!
